Towaco Crossing—the future site of a new development featuring a restaurant, six retail locations and six residential units —is located in Morris County, N.J.
This website will be updated regularly, tracking the project's process.
Progress Report: Our “Green” Storm Water Management System
The storm water management system is complete. The system—designed to catch, then filter storm water and release it back into the aquifers—is comprised of thousands of feet of pipe, a bio-retention basin and two underground infiltration systems. It solves the issue of storm water runoff (less water will run off the site once the project is complete than is currently running off as vacant land). This is just the first of many environmentally responsible designs to be installed at The Towaco Crossing and Rails Steakhouse.
Next Step: We will begin the construction of the foundation this spring.
Rails Steakhouse
Sprawling timber, natural stone walls, glass accents—these are a few of the décor features that will make Rails a dining destination. The plans include three lounges: The main level, the elevated lounge suspended by cables from the roof timbers and an outdoor dining area. Other features include a wine cellar bar, a steak aging room and private dining.
Sneak Peak
The beams that that make up the timber frame structure of rails are already being milled. Come along with us on our quality control trip to our builder’s facilities.
